Casita Maya At The Tides Riviera Maya - An outdoor ancient Maya kitchen constructed of rustic wooden branches and a palapa roof provides guests with a unique Riviera Maya private dining venue for parties with a minimum of eight people. The kitchen also hosts the Chef's Maya cooking classes, which highlight the native method of simmering banana leaf wrapped meats or seafood in pit ovens deep below the earth. The menu offers an array of daily specials and chef's recommendations abundant in fresh seafood.
